Terms & Conditions

All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into other sessions, dates, or services under any circumstances.

Court reservations are strictly for personal play only. Reservation for coaching, training sessions, group classes, or any commercial activity without prior written approval from management is strictly prohibited.

Any booking found to be used for coaching or commercial purposes will be cancelled immediately without refund.

Reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Customers must send payment proof for verification.

Management reserves the right to release the slot if payment proof is not received.

Payment can be made via Touch 'n Go or DuitNow. Please refer to the booking page for QR codes and payment instructions.

Selling drinks, food, or any products inside the premises without permission is strictly prohibited. Bringing beverages or goods into the facility for resale purposes is not allowed.

Once booking is confirmed, cancellation, rescheduling, or refunds are not allowed. No-shows will not be compensated.

Booking time starts and ends strictly according to the reserved slot. Overtime usage will be charged accordingly.

Any damage to the facility, flooring, nets, or equipment will be charged accordingly. The booking holder is responsible for all participants.

Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. All users enter and use the facility at their own risk.

Management reserves the right to record photos and videos for promotional purposes. Written objection must be submitted in advance if any individual does not wish to appear in recordings.

Booking transfer is allowed. The booking holder may transfer the session to another individual if unable to attend.

However, the booking must not be resold for profit. The price charged must not exceed the original booking rate. The booking holder remains responsible for any misconduct or damages.

Management reserves the right to cancel bookings suspected of resale at inflated prices without refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings that violate policies, and update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
